Pasticciotto cake


We turned a classic pasticciotto leccese into a cake.

Fragrant shortcrust pastry stuffed with a delicious custard cream with cherries.


INGREDIENTS: Soft WHEAT flour type “00”, MILK, Sugar, lard, egg whites, sucrose, wheat flour type 00, egg yolk, Candied cherries [Black cherries, Sugar, Glucose syrup], lemon rind, Ammonium bicarbonate.


Nutritional values per 100g: Energy 1554kJ / 371kcal, Fats 17g, of which Saturated Fatty Acids 7.2g, Carbohydrates 49g, of which Sugars 24g, Proteins 5.4g, Salt 0.05g.
