Traditional Panettone


Soft, fragrant and with an unmistakable taste: these are the main characteristics of one of the most classic panettone. It is the best Belgian butter, by Corman, to make it so fragrant, and together with many hours of processing and leavening, gives it a unique softness. The peels of the best oranges and cedars, candied naturally, combined with the highest quality Australian raisins rehydrated in a Rum wet, give an aroma and a strong taste. Low and without icing, ideal for fans of candied fruit.


Ingredients: Soft WHEAT flour type 00, BUTTER, Sultanas, EGG YOLK, Water, Sugar, Candied orange peel, Candied citron, Acacia honey, Iodized salt, MILK, Lemons, Oranges, Bourbon vanilla pods, Liquid malt extract.

All our products (panettone and doves) at Emalu Pasticceria are entirely handmade. The minimum guaranteed shelf life for the product is 40 days. We recommend tasting it within 30 days from the date of production on the label.
